Here you can find the terms and conditions, when you shop at 90sultras.com By your purchase of products on the 90sultras.com you agree to the following terms and conditions. In addition, reference is made to the Danish court's general buy and rules of contract law, including the rules governing the sale of consumer goods.

Payment

You can pay with Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, and VISA Electron 

         

Booking amount

You pay with an international credit card, to be reserved amount with the same. We make the reservation to ensure that the card is not blocked, and that there are sufficient funds on the card. The money be reserved on your card or account until:

1) We withdraw the amount when we send the goods, or

2) the money will be released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

The maximum duration of a reservation depends on the card type, which you can obtain by your card issuer. You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer. We do not take card fees and the amount raised first in your card when the item is dispatched.

Please note that we are not bound by the errors, e.g. prisfejl, if you reasonably ought to know, that there is an error.

Shipping

All orders that are ordered before noon. 12: 00 noon on working days, shipped as far as possible the same day. Orders which are ordered at the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day. You can expect a delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have 14 days right of cancellation when you shop with us. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you received your item.

The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you will regret your purchase. You can send an email to kundeservice@90sultras.com or use the model withdrawal form which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions. You can not cancel the order by refusing to receive the goods, without at the same time, to give us the message.

Withdrawal of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several products from us, you have the option to send one or more of the products return, even if they are purchased in one order. Note that you do not get the shipping costs for return, if you want to undo a portion of your purchase.

Return

When you have given us the message that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You have to pay for the package is returned, and it is you who shall be liable, if there is a damage during transportation or if the package does not turn up with us.

If you do not pick up your package and it is therefore being sent back to us, we will always try to contact you to clarify whether it was a mistake or if you wish to cancel the purchase. We can't get in contact with you, we will treat the order as a withdrawal, which means that we will deduct the actual returneringsomkostninger from the amount that you need to have a return.

No right of withdrawal

These agreements can not be undone:

Delivery of the goods, which are manufactured according to your specifications or clearly personalized, for example, the goods, which are adjusted by a tailor.

The delivery of sealed goods, such as health protection or hygiene reasons not suitable for being returned and of which the seal has been broken after delivery, for example, mundbind.

The product's condition when you send the return

If the goods have lost value, and it is due to the fact that the item has been damaged while you were responsible for it, or that you have used the goods in a manner other than was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you get back depends on the product's commercial value, and in some cases, it may mean that you only can get the shipping cost back.

Missing or damaged original packaging, for example, a skoæske may constitute an impairment. Therefore, we recommend that the product is always returned in original and undamaged packaging.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable.

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional delivery costs in the case where you have selected a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days from the day on which we received your message that you want to withdraw from the contract. We reverses the money with the same means of payment as you used for the purchase unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may, under certain circumstances, to withhold the payment until we have received the item.

You can also regret your purchase by giving us the message and drop it off personally at the above address, on weekdays between the hours of 8.00 and 15.00.

Warranty

When you deal with us as a consumer, the applicable rules for the sale of goods. It means that you have a warranty for 24 months. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within ”reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If you discover a fault or defect in your item, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Please indicate your order number, as well as describe and include a picture of the bug, then our customer service to help you more quickly with it any further progress. When we have reviewed your enquiry, we will send you typically reklamationsseddel and a return shipping label so you can send the item for assessment to the us.

Remember to get a receipt when you submit the package in a pakkeshop, when you yourself are responsible for the package dolls (unharmed) up with us. If we have paid for the freight in connection with the assessment of your complaint, and if the complaint is not accepted, we reserve the right to charge you for payment of the freight charges in connection with shipping back and forth.

Everyone who trades with us, receive the invitation and we can't block or opt out of individual customers. This ensures that everyone has the opportunity to honestly share their shopping experience and make the picture action so believable and real as possible. We appreciate all the reviews we receive, and we use them internally in the company to continually take stock of the things we are good at, and what things we should develop and improve.

Value and fordelskoder

There can only be redeemed one value-/fordelskode pr. the purchase and the code is only valid for online purchases and can not be used in our stores.

If you wish to return an order, where a value code is deducted, refunded code value does not.

Example: If the goods are bought for 1000 kr., and redeemed a value code that offers 10 % discount (£100), be repaid by the return 900 kr. and there can't be claimed on a new value code.

If you have problems on the redemption of a value-/fordelskode or you have general questions, please feel free to contact customer service.

Redress

If you as a consumer have a complaint about your purchase, you must contact kundeservice@90sultras.com. If we do not succeed to find a solution, you can send a complaint to the Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, denmark via Klageportalen for Nævnenes House.

In order to be able to appeal, should the goods, you will complain about, have cost at least 1.110 kr. and a maximum of dkk 100,000. For complaints about the clothes and the shoes, and the price should have been at least 720 kr. It costs a fee to have the complaint dealt with. When you act on an e-mærket webshop, you can free get treated your case with the e-mark – regardless of the amount. Read more here.

Have you residing in another EU-country than Denmark, you can make a complaint to the EU Commission's online klageportal here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Privacy policy

We need the following information when you deal with us: Name, address, tel.no. and e-mail address. We record and pass on the personal data which are required to be able to deliver the goods to you.

Personal information registered with 90s Ultras and stored for five years, after which the information will be deleted.

We cooperate only with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to know what information we process about you.

If you believe the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have them corrected. In some cases, we have an obligation to delete your personal information, if you ask for it. It can, for example, if your data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which we should use them for.
